Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals included

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used perfumes, cosmetics, or personal-care items

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• Products damaged through misuse, normal wear, or accidents

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email].

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Trendy & More cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
